    I have tried it all - the patch, Champix, the gum, and the lozenges. For my next attempt I am trying the spray - I've heard its really good. Happy to hear its working for you too, Marianne!

    Hello stefaniemacdccs_3,

    Yes, I am using the nicotine spray which really works great for me especially when I am with other smokers.

    I've never used NRT. I've only tried quitting cold turkey and have not been successful. Has NRT been successful for you? If so, what have you tried?
