Last day of each month

Last day to register for the next First Week Challenge Contest! You must register before 11:59 PM ET to be eligible for the upcoming quit period. If you register after this time, you will be entered in to the subsequent month’s Challenge.

Day 1 to 7 of each month

Quit period! To be eligible to win, participants must remain tobacco-free from 12:01 AM local time on the first day until 11:59 PM local time on the seventh day of the month.

Day 8 of each month

Winner draw and verification begins.

If your name is drawn, you will be contacted within the week after the quit period of that month to verify that you have remained smoke-free and to make arrangements for prize delivery. You must respond within 48 hours of the first contact in order to remain eligible. Read full contest rules here.

To claim a prize, you will need to be tobacco-free at time of verification - stay tobacco-free until the winners are announced!

Last week of each month

Winners will be announced by email and on the prizes page of this website. Additionally, winners are celebrated on Twitter, Facebook (English only), and our Community Forums.
